Covers any Firewheel against faulty materials and workmanship and there is no time limit on this. If it is damaged, and you feel it was not your fault, let us know, and we will either send you free replacement parts, or ask you to return it to our Australian or U.S. address, and it will be replaced at no additional cost. We will also refund the return postage cost.

If you are not happy with it, for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date, and return it for a full refund.
